What we collect
FTBL Exchange is a private, invitation-only platform for football agents, players, and approved scouts. We collect the information you provide when you sign up (name, contact details, FIFA licence details for agents) and - for players - the professional profile data we lawfully source from Transfermarkt, Sofascore, and FotMob under legitimate interest.
Lawful basis
Agent and scout data: consent (you signed up). Player data: legitimate interest for the purpose of career visibility to authorised scouts and clubs, combined with an agent attestation of representation, and - for player self-registration - the player's own consent.
Who sees your data
Approved scouts, clubs, and agents inside FTBL Exchange. Nothing is public. Search engines cannot index profiles.
Storage & security
Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres, encrypted at rest, EU region). Row-level security policies restrict access by role. FIFA licence images are private and only visible to the licence holder and FTBL Exchange admins.
Your rights
You may request data export or deletion at any time. Player profiles include a self-service "Remove me" link that opens a takedown request processed within 7 days.
