1. Who can use FTBL Exchange

FTBL Exchange is invitation-only. Agent accounts require a working FIFA Football Agent licence, or an active proof-of-representation basis approved by FTBL Exchange. Player accounts require a verifiable Transfermarkt or Sofascore profile.

2. Agent representations

When you submit a player, you warrant that you have a valid signed representation agreement (exclusive, non-exclusive mandate, or specific-submission basis) with that player. Submitting a player without a valid mandate may result in:

• Immediate removal of the profile
• Personal legal liability for damages
• Termination of your FTBL Exchange account
• Reporting to FIFA where applicable

3. Content accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. FTBL Exchange scrapes objective career data (matches, goals, minutes) from third-party providers and surfaces source attribution. Editorial content (bio, videos, availability) is your responsibility.

4. Approval & suspension

Every agent and every player profile is reviewed by FTBL Exchange admins. We may refuse, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion, without notice.

5. Prohibited use

Scraping FTBL Exchange, bulk-exporting scout contact details, or misrepresenting your role will result in immediate termination and possible referral to authorities.

6. Messages

Messages sent through FTBL Exchange are stored only for as long as they are useful and are deleted automatically 90 days after they are sent. We do not read them in the ordinary course of running the platform. We will access a conversation only where we are required to by law, or where one of the people in it reports the other, and then only so far as is needed to deal with that report.

Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or anything else you would not want stored. Messaging carries no file attachments. If you paste a link to an image hosted elsewhere, that link is outside our control and may be readable by anyone who has it.

If you ask us to delete your account, the messages you sent are deleted with it, including from the inbox of the person you sent them to.
